The community street lights on Humboldt St. and Ave 23 are now fixed. The last time I blogged about its problem of it not being functional was posted back on January 10, 2010 (click here to review and refresh your memory). Ever since the lights have been repaired, there hasn’t been any recorded complains on personal properties.
Speaking of things brightening up, the Lincoln Heights branch library is planning to re-open its doors to the public this week after a four week pause from service according to the Los Angeles Public Library official website. Its re-opening will be a welcoming gesture to the community and to its people who uses its facility and its services.
