There is a small group of people who live on the infamous street of Humbolt.
This small group of people are not quite homeless because they live in a mobile trailer.
As I walked by I noticed something.
The group of people are working with each other: fixing their bikes, repairing the trailer’s engine,
and assembling things they may have found on their journey as they think may be useful for the group.
The weather, as I walked by, is about 92 degrees and it is hot.
I would not stay outside and fix anything – but the group does- and they are cooperative with one another
as they piece together a solution to a problem.
Of course I walk by and leave the group at peace as they are a community within this community.
