Expanding Chinatown

It seems everywhere you turn in Chinatown there is a site of a developing project.

Recently, I posted about the current project that’s taking place in front of the Gold line station in Chinatown on Broadway.

And yet there is another project that’s currently set to develop. Located near the current library’s location on Ord and Hill St, there sits an empty lot that is fenced in and can only be seen clearly if one were to climb up on a wall’s ledge.

The details of what will be built in the empty space and when construction will begin remains a mystery for now.

However, what is certain is that Chinatown continues to be modified and changed for the better.
